Postage and packaging costs are kept to a minimum. However, we don't have the time to check every parcel's postage charges after posting and compare them to what the shop system charged you. 

 

If you ever feel you are charged more for your postage through the shop system than the actual cost of your parcel. 'please' feel free to ask for a refund of the difference, we will be happy for you to do so.  In most cases we do usually pick up on this and will refund excessive charges or add a little something extra as a little bonus.

 

You can help us keep costs down and prices low by choosing VISA payment rather than Paypal as this costs small businesses a lot more.

 

UK standard 2nd class postage is £4.95 2nd class signed or £5.95 1st class signed no matter how much you buy.

 

We only use signed for services. A lot of Spanish clothes come gift boxed but if you would like to save some on postage we can maybe remove from the boxes.   

 

Free UK Postage on orders of £200.00

 

ALL overseas customers will be invoiced for the additional postal costs if you select the wrong shipping option. Or you can simply choose to be invoiced for shipping separately.

 

This will be before dispatch of any goods.  Fed Ex Shipping is £46.00 for upto 4kg (8lbs) this is obviously a lot of baby clothes but it gives you an idea. I use the lightest packaging and boxes I can. USA Free over £300. Auz/NZ Free over £350

All items are in stock ready to ship - there is no drop shipping from Zarni Baby. 

 

However if you do not see the size or colour you need do get in touch and we maybe able to help. 
 

Return shipping costs are at buyers expense. We do not refund postage. Credit notes are issued for returned goods. Please ensure goods in boxes are fit for resale.
